What happens to the information you share with Greezypaws Automotive LLC through this website.

The short version
- We only keep what's needed to schedule, repair and keep records of your vehicle.
- We never sell your information or use it for ads.
- There are no ad trackers or visitor-tracking tools on this site.
- Ask any time and we'll delete your account and records, unless the law requires us to keep a repair or tax record.
What we collect
- When you schedule a visit or ask a question: your name, phone number, email (if you give one), your vehicle (year, make, model) and what's going on with it.
- If you have an account: your email, name and phone; your vehicles, including a VIN if you add one; messages, photos and videos you send; appointments; repair orders, estimates and invoices; your approvals or declines of estimate lines, saved with the date and time; warranty details; and Build Book entries.
- Sign-in: we email you a one-time code. We don't store passwords. We keep a small cookie in your browser so you stay signed in, and it's removed when you sign out.
How we use it
- To answer you, confirm appointments and work on your vehicle.
- To send you updates you'd expect: sign-in codes, repair status, estimates waiting on your OK, completed work and warranty reminders.
- To keep your vehicle's repair history and warranty records.
Who helps us run the site
Your information is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website and its database. Emails from the site are sent through Resend. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your device's internet address but not your information. These companies only handle data to provide their service to us.
Sharing
We don't share your information with anyone else unless you ask us to, or the law requires it. If you use "Share with a buyer" on your Vehicle Passport, anyone with that private link can see that vehicle's history until the link expires or you turn it off. The full VIN is hidden on shared pages unless you choose to show it.
How long we keep it
Repair records are kept so your vehicle's history and warranty stay available. Requests that never became an appointment are cleared out over time. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your choices
- See and update your contact info under My account.
- Ask for a copy of your records, a correction, or deletion by emailing greezypaws@gmail.com.
Kids
This site is for vehicle owners and isn't meant for children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
